GARTH D. BONNEY, ESQ.
 Garth D. Bonney has been a licensed attorney in the State of Florida since 2005, with a background in commercial lending, business administration, and personnel management. Garth primarily practices in the areas of Residential/Commercial Transactions, Real Estate closings and Title Insurance, Construction Law, Contract Law, Real Property Law, Zoning and Land Use Regulations, Florida Condominium Law, Florida Landlord-Tenant, Probate Law, Wills and Estate Planning, and Business and Corporate Law.
Garth has a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Troy State University in Dothan, Alabama. Garth obtained his Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Prior to attending Law School, Garth developed a wealth of business and management experience as the Director of Operations and Director of Purchasing and Production Scheduling for Flavor House Products, Inc., in Dothan, Alabama. During the time spent with Flavor House Products, Inc., Garth managed annual revenues in excess of $100,000,000.00, for a food production manufacturing plant with staff of over 200 employees. Along with the management duties had in his Director positions, Garth developed expertise in budgeting and contract negotiation, as well as safety and quality control aspects of personnel and products and services. He also enjoyed the opportunity to develop a strong background in accounting and finance as a commercial loan officer and the Director of Special Assets for Sunshine Bank of Ft. Walton Beach, in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, where he served in the Commercial Loan Department managing a $10,000,000.00 perpetual loan portfolio. As a Real Estate Sales Associate with Investment Marketing, Inc., in Destin, Florida, Garth honed his knowledge of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
After graduating and being admitted to the Florida Bar, Garth went to work for the Law Firm of John L. Gioiello, P.A. for four years, as an Associate Attorney in the Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions Department. From there Garth became the Law Firm’s Operations Manager, as well as a full charge Associate practicing in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, Landlord Tenant disputes, Foreclosures, Quiet Title, Partition and Ejectment Actions, Contract disputes and drafting, Condominium and HOA Development, as well as practicing in the areas of Business Law and Corporate formations.
